You’ll learn about professional practices for retail environment, the value of providing great customer service using customer-focussed communication strategies and skills, and how to plan, co-ordinate and create retail displays. By studying this course, you’ll be ready for a role in sales and customer service, and prepared to progress on to the Level 4 retail course.

If you love helping others and have great people skills, you could thrive in the retail environment. This level 4 qualification will give you the skills and knowledge to work in senior or management positions. You’ll learn the best and most efficient ways to provide excellent customer service, as well as how to help your staff excel in their service practices too. You’ll also understand how to maintain standard operating policies and procedures, and apply specialist product and/or service technical knowledge and skills to your day-to-day responsibilities.
